Petnica Students' Science Conference

Petnica Science Center has a pleasure to announce
the fifth Petnica Students' Science Conference...

The biggest and, probably, the oldest independent organization for extracurricular science education in South-Eastern Europe, Petnica Science Center, organizes annual students' conference. Great majority of participants are secondary-school students, attendants of Petnica programs in 2006. However, guest participants are always welcome!

In the last four years more than 300 secondary-school students from 8 European countries participated the conference presenting 250 research works in 14 science areas (archaeology, astronomy, biochemistry, biology, chemistry, computer science, electronics, ethnology, geology, history, linguistics, mathematics, physics and psychology).

All schools, educational and scientific organizations working with students of age 15-19 interested in science are welcome to apply students and their research papers for the Conference. Deadline for applications is November 10, 2006.
