Announcement for participation at the 7th FEBS Young Scientist Forum -YSF2007
05.02.2007.

The 7th FEBS Young Scientist Forum will be held from July 5-7, 2007
 in Vienna, Austria.

-------------------------------------------

The Young Scientist Forum (YSF) was initiated by FEBS in 2001 to provide primary Ph.D. students and young postdoctoral fellows of the FEBS Constituent Society with opportunities to meet, make friends as well as to discuss scientific affairs and career development in a friendly and informal atmosphere.
Thanks to a continued collaboration between FEBS and NYEX, now there is a possibility even for outstanding, talented secondary school students who do research in the field of biochemistry to participate at the YSF.

Who?
-    young students (between 16-21 years old)
-    do research in biochemistry (must submit an abstract about your research)
-    must speak English

How?
-    participants will be selected based on their submitted abstracts.
All applicants are required to submit an abstract and a short CV to barabas@nyex.info

The accepted participants will receive financial support from the Network of Youth Excellence to contribute to their cost associated with the YSF2007.

Deadline for submitting the abstract and the CV: February 28, 2007

More information about the YSF 2007 can be found here
