A graduating student of the bilingual Hungarian-German program at the Korányi Frigyes Greek Catholic High School and College in Nagykálló, and Vice President of the Student Council.
Her interests range widely, from humanities to science subjects. In her free time, she enjoys sports and has been swimming competitively since the age of four, which taught her perseverance and discipline early on. Swimming has not only strengthened her physically but also developed her mental endurance, as maintaining a balance between body and mind is important to her.
Around the age of ten, she became fascinated by the world of chemistry when she was able to carry out spectacular experiments during experiential learning classes. This experience sparked her interest in chemistry.
She obtained her first language exam while still in primary school and has since made significant progress. She currently holds advanced-level language certificates in both English and German. She continues to strengthen her English and German skills and plans to learn additional foreign languages in the future. She considers language learning essential, believing that the knowledge of languages is not only vital for personal development but also for building international relationships and expanding professional opportunities. She lives by the belief that “the more languages you speak, the more of a person you are.”
She particularly enjoys building human connections and has been participating in Erasmus+ projects, both in Hungary and abroad, for almost four years, also assisting in their organization.
Alongside chemistry and language learning, she has also developed other areas of interest. In 2019, she began working on robotics and programming with her brother, and since 2022 she has been a member of the Bánkirobot development team. Her IT knowledge is above average; she has experience in preparing project documentation, writing scripts and narrations, video editing, and poster design. She has basic knowledge of Python programming and the Arduino development environment. In recent years, she has achieved significant success in the Samsung – Solve for Tomorrow competition, as well as in the Hungarian rounds of the World Robot Olympiad, where she was awarded 2nd place in the Future Innovators league. She reached the second round and received a commendation at the 33rd National Youth Innovation Competition and was a finalist at the 32nd Carpathian Basin Scientific Student Conference with her project. Her 3rd place in the 17th Scientific Poster Competition also reflects her dedication to achieving her goals. Based on her result in the poster competition, she was invited to the 28th National Student Conference, where she was elected Deputy Head of the Life and Environmental Sciences Section. In 2025, during the National Student Conference, she was appointed Vice President by the General Assembly, a position she gladly accepted.
I always think back to KutDiák with gratitude and joy. It truly is a community where everyone finds their place and can be themselves. Over the past year, I have been enriched with wonderful friends and experiences; all of them only strengthen the unique feeling of what it means to be a KutDiák.
